Mimimum stays apply year round on weekends in suites, kings & Queens.
All rates are subject to a 7% Maine Room Tax

Deposits - 1 nights stay deposit to reserve rooms, balance due upon arrival prior at check in.
Cancellation - There is a $25 cancellation fee on all cancellations. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if we are notified 21 days prior to your arrival date. Within 21 days the cancellation fee is one nights stay, there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
All rates are per night for an occupancy of 2, $40 per night for each additional guest $30 for Children 2-17, please ask for cot if needed during reservation.
All rooms are non -smoking in accordinance with Maine state law., Smoking is permited in outside areas a $200 charge will be charged to your CC for smoking in our rooms.
